Argentina is about 9-10% Arabic, though a lot of that includes intermarried Arabs. The vast majority of the Arabs are Christian, no matter what local Muslims claim.
I believe the gentleman is Argentine, and the lady is Lebanese.
Arabs have a great cultural impact on Argentina.
