There is a large influential Palestinian community in Chile, though it is about 99% Christian, and often multi-generational Chilean.
Probably in Santiago, Chile, where it is winter right now.

Islam is supposedly growing in Mexico, but still very small.
The 2010 census in Mexico showed less that 4,000 Muslims.
While Muslims in Mexico do make efforts to convert others, Evangelicals will out do them.
Don’t be confused by scary reports in the news media. Converts are made, but how long they remain Muslim is another matter.
Essentially, this video is more of a curiousity than a troubling concern.
