It does not get more mainstream than a Catholic School in Ecuador. A large percentage of the Arab immigrants to South America came from Latin Christian Arabs (for example: The Lebanese), and a large percentage of the rest of the Arab immigrants converted from Eastern Christianity to Roman Catholicism.
Some of these Arab-Latins are now converting to Evangelicalism.
NOTE: Why did I call the school Catholic?! Because it is affliated with the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. Though the school may teach in a more secular format.

Arab Wedding in Venezuela
I suspect this wedding is Muslim. The poster has another video about women wearing hijabs.
Almost all Arabs in Venezuela are Christian, so if these are Muslim, they are probably newer arrivals, which might explain why the music is in Arabic, instead of Spanish.
That being said: This looks like a reasonably assimilated group, here. I do not see women in burqas. Do you?
