This occured at the school you see on the header.
As you see, these kids are normal Westernized young adults.
No danger of a looming Caliphate; just prosperous Christian Chileans.

A restaurant in Salta, Argentina.
Salta is a subtropical resort city in the Northwest of Argentina.
However, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the arrival of Italian, Spanish and Arab immigrants, particularly Syrians and Lebanese, revived trade and agriculture all over the area while further enhancing the city’s multicultural flavor.
It has a large Arab population, so this restaurant should prosper.
At that latitude, Salta should be tropical, as it is just shy of the tropic of capricorn, but it is about 3,780 feet high in the mountains; and so can be affected by Andean cold.
However, even though it might dip below freezing at night in the dead of winter, it will usually shoot up to 20°C (68°F) by noon. So, it is subtropical with a pleasant climate.
Outside the city grow Giant Cactus called the Cardon Grande (Echinopsis terscheckii) which can reach 25 feet, and resemble the Saguaro of Arizona, and Mexico.

Another odd aspect: Is that she offers lessons to girls as young as five.
We Americans might see Arab dance as a bit too racy for five year olds. The Arab-Latins see it as cultural though.

Colombia, like all Latin American countries, houses large communities of Arab origin. What do these groups represent to your country, and what do they represent in terms of closer ties with the Arab world?
Yes, we have significant Arab communities in our country, particularly of Lebanese origin. Currently in Colombia we have approximately 700,000 people of Lebanese origin, who are descendents of the 30,000 immigrants who came from Lebanon to settle in Colombia in the late 19th century. Ten percent of the members of the Colombian Parliament are of Arab origin. We also have great businessmen, scientists, etc, of Arab origin. I have just visited Lebanon because I think that we should start to boost our relations and our blood ties.

Palestinians are less that 3% of the population but 10% of the Senate in Chile.
Do you see a pattern here?
The Arabs are elite in many countries in South America.
